How do I use Gut Food?

You can find the recommended guidelines right here on our label.

We also have some tips on if you are just starting out or have a sensitive gut: 

  • Dosing:
    • Week 1: ½ scoop daily
    • Week 2+: Full scoop daily
  • For sensitive guts, consider dosing as follows:
    • Week 1: ¼ scoop, as tolerated and/or taken with food
    • Week 2: ½ scoop, as tolerated and/or taken with food
    • Week 3+: full scoop, as tolerated and/or taken with food
